[Trisquel-devel] Pull request howto

Also, how do I test a package after making the change? Suppose I made a change
just in some metadata / docs - how should I test? And if I change source code,
I suppose I need to build the binary package. Is running the package helper
script enough?

I never did this on any other distro... so there's no previous experience for
me.
