No, the test images are not accessible yet. It is barely a desktop with 
no applications, so you are not missing much.

What I can tell you in terms of accessibility is that I ditched compiz 
in favor of compton running along with metacity, which means that you 
get both metacity's a11y features and the composition goodness.

Other than that the main task in a11y for the release will be the login 
manager, as gdm is no longer an option. The current gdm requires 3d 
acceleration, so we need to move to something else, most likely a 
customized lightdm, or port the old gdm.
