[Trisquel-devel] Is Orca in the 7.0 32-bit pre-release iso?

I booted this from a USB key, and find that it does not talk.  I think 
one of its dependencies (espeak) is also absent; I could not get this to 
produce speech by giving commands to espeak from a console other than 
the one for the x session.
