Things like that are likely to happen if we use this kind of measures,
you may trigger the ip blacklist check (http:BL list) or maybe the
useragent or other browser capability is getting rejected.
With some other* measures I installed today I think we could even get
rid of the captcha, so we would have to choose between sometimes
annoying knowledgeable users that use advanced tools and will know how
to fix the issue, or annoying everybody with the captcha...
* Now if you take less than 5 seconds to send a form it does not go
through, and you have to send it again, defeating most scripts.
After I check the new measures for a couple of days I'll disable the
captcha and see how that goes. Also the next step into making the forums
better will be a voting system so it gets self moderated.
