[Trisquel-devel] Spam in the German-language forum

Also wiki has the same problem, as discussed here
http://trisquel.info/en/forum/wiki-spammers Maybe we need to have a
moderation team for the forum/mailing list, and maybe documentation pages
could be managed only by translators...
