Following the instructions here
https://2019.www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en

which is being linked to form here https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/tor I get an
output with no "error" but it says at the beginning "sudo: curl: command not
found" followed by:

gpg: keyring `/home/user/.gnupg/secring.gpg' created
gpg: keyring `/home/user/.gnupg/pubring.gpg' created
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0

when doing the # curl
https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/A3C4F0F979CAA22CDBA8F512EE8CBC9E886DDD89.asc
| gpg --import command.

Does this mean that this step failed in some way, or is this how it's
supposed to be?
