[Trisquel-translators] [FR-DE-IT] Privacy Policy

Hello, dear translators.

We've written a Privacy Policy for the Trisquel website here
https://trisquel.info/en/privacy and it would be great to have it
translated to eutsch, French and Italian sometime soon.

We added this page because of the GDPR, which we basically were
complying with except in the matters of disclosure of said policy and
some other tidbits.

As of right now, those pages exist in these three languages but are just
copies of the English text.
