My comments:

1) We should clarify or update the status on the USB keys.
1a) Firstly it would be useful it people could opt out of the keys.  For
example the key is not really that important to me (nice but not
critical) or a user may already have the FSF key and just be wanting to
send funds to Trisquel.  That would save the project money because we
wouldn't have to send them a key.
1b) What is the current status on the USB keys?  If they are basically
vaporware we should remove it as a benefit to membership because it is
basically false advertising.  If we are going to send them out details
should be provided because the membership program has been going for a
while now.
2)  I agree with a member in that forum.  An automatic thank you letter
would be a good addition.  It lets members know we appreciate them.  It
could also have basic instructions for setting up the email forwarding
and info about other perks (member mailing list).
