If /dev/sda4 is ciphered, then 

sudo cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sd4 cryptlvm

Then the volumes should be visible as /dev/mapper/vgtrisquel-root and
/dev/mapper/vgtrisquel-home, you can mount them as needed.

If the volumes don't show up at all, try

sudo vgscan
sudo vgchange -ay
