[Trisquel-devel] [Testing] Abrowser 131.0.2 for testing

Hello Simon,

It's strange that the one liner for the GPG signature didn't worked out, 
I'd like to point out that repo key is not published (updated) on key 
servers, so it's required to take it directly from the site.

Seems like there is already a 3rd maintenance release for version 131 on 
its way, so I might as well launch this release.

I've been busy with Ecne so I have not been able to do a full review but 
so far I don't seem to have found some new service implemented, still 
more eyes can always help.
