It seems to me that I have not explained myself correctly. I'm not
looking for a package manager that can build from source code, I'm
looking for the possibility of opening or participating in a project
that consists of carrying free software from outside the distro on which
Trisquel is based in order to complement the one that is. Many people
are in need of free software that is not in Trisquel so I want to do it.

The source code was in case that software was not precompiled or not
come prepared for Trisquel or came optimized for a type of machine, in
addition to giving the security that are not carrying out strategies to
pass software not free by free for an obfuscated release that hides
material privative or partial of the real code. I would have no problem
building from 0 since I have to do it continuously.

Attending to your answer directly, I prefer Sorcery, it is a better tool
and more understandable than Guix (it is also faster, etc.)

The here below is a presentation of Sorcery, the best is the one that
compares aq Source Mage with Gentoo, the main differences are from the
package managers and still lack features.

Here below the rest of the features of van detailing, almost all the
time we talk about Sorcery, is what gives meaning to the distro Source
Mage.
