Err,  I'm working on the outline for new docs for a HOWTO / wiki page
on it right now.

A very rundementary summary from this WIP is:

Login

Navigate to trisquel/package-helpers

Click the 'Fork' button near the top right.  This will clone you a
copy in your personal space which you can submit merge requests from.

Then clone a copy of trisquel/package-helpers on your own machine to
your home directory

Do a 

git remote set-url --push <your own package-helpers ssh: url> 

On that.

Then you need a clone of trisquel/trisquel-builder in your home
directory and to follow its README.  

A merge request is an entire branch so you should make one for each
discrete unit of work.

Hope that's enough to get you started.
