[Trisquel-devel] Suggest gnome-orca 3.12 in Trisquel 7.0

The package, gnome-orca 3.10.3, now included in Trisquel 7.0, introduces 
some accessibility regressions, particularly with regard to Mozilla 
browser 29.0, that have since been corrected in gnome-orca 3.12.  I 
tried filing this as a feature request, but cannot do this in the issue 
tracker.
