[Trisquel-devel] Packages derived from source pkgs gtk+2.0 and libsdl1.2 need simple rebuilding

Issue 8155 reports problems in installing ia32-libs-multiarch . On 
investigation I found that packages derived from source packages 
gtk+2.0 and libsdl1.2 need rebuilding to sync the changelog times as 
fixed in the helper code with the following commit:
