[Trisquel-devel] install bug

Hello Trisquel,

I run 4.5 and tried to update, using the update-manager.  It all 
stopped with the problem below; I tried twice.

Failed to fetch 
http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/Trisquel/packages/pool/main/r/rsyslog/rsyslog_4.6.4-2ubuntu4.2_amd64.deb 
404  Not Found
Failed to fetch 
http://ftp.rediris.es/mirror/Trisquel/packages/pool/main/p/python-launchpadlib/python-launchpadlib_1.9.7-0ubuntu2.1_all.deb 
404  Not Found
