[Trisquel-devel] Translation / Documentation help

I was wondering if anyone knows what language this is
(https://trisquel.info/en/node/2336).  It looks like German to me but I
am not sure.  The reason I'm asking because the title is in English and
having multiple pieces of documentation with the same title causes
issues (https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/Burn_Trisquel_CD_images) where
both languages show on the same page.  If it is German I was wondering
if we could get the title translated to German and have it changed to
distinguish between the two articles.
