[Trisquel-devel] Improving the trademark policy

>From time to time I'm asked questions about our trademark policies, in
particular about the possibility of starting derivative projects. Even
if it still surprise me that they ask how to fork Trisquel instead of
how to help with it, I think we should write a better trademark
guidelines in case of any of this people goes a step beyond asking.
