You are right. After reading post #26 you get to know fsf's approach is  
pragmatic. They set the
requirements after what is possible in terms of hardware. Because no  
libreboot computer
can get fsf approval if software on a ec must be free software fsf accepts  
non libre software.
It also explains why fsf accepts libreboot computers are sold having a hdd.
There is no hdd not having non free software on it.
Which has been exploited.

Those computers do not respect your freedom. In terms of security and privacy  
the ec is
unacceptable, so are the hdds. Fsf could call it something else. Fsf
could call it 'best option'. Fsf should require seller to put on a fsf  
showing an url. On the url fsf should explain that there is non free
software on the computer. But currently the computer is the best
option among available hardware.
