1) We should clarify or update the status on the USB keys.<br>
1a) Firstly it would be useful it people could opt out of the keys. For<br>
example the key is not really that important to me (nice but not<br>
critical) or a user may already have the FSF key and just be wanting to<br>
send funds to Trisquel. That would save the project money because we<br>
wouldn't have to send them a key.<br>
1b) What is the current status on the USB keys? If they are basically<br>
vaporware we should remove it as a benefit to membership because it is<br>
basically false advertising. If we are going to send them out details<br>
should be provided because the membership program has been going for a<br>
while now.<br>
2) I agree with a member in that forum. An automatic thank you letter<br>
would be a good addition. It lets members know we appreciate them. It<br>
could also have basic instructions for setting up the email forwarding<br>
and info about other perks (member mailing list).<br>
